Why can BMI be misleading?

BMI doesn’t measure body fat directly. Some people with high muscle mass may have a higher BMI without high body fat.

What is a “healthy weight range” here?

This is an estimate based on BMI 18.5–24.9 at your height. It’s a common reference range, not a medical target.
